At Joan Collins Timeless Beauty we hope that you will be delighted with your products. If there is a need to return item(s) bought from us, in order to receive an exchange or refund the following process must be followed:
- Notification of problems should be made either to our Customer Service Team by telephone to 01685 843384 or email sales@joancollinsbeauty.com within 14 days of your order having been delivered. We will only issue a refund on receipt of the returned product. If the returns procedure has not been followed correctly we reserve the right to refuse a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- The product must be returned undamaged, in the original packaging and in a fully resalable condition.
- The product must not have been used.
- The product must be accompanied by a copy of the despatch note or VAT invoice together with the reason for return.
If you have purchased a First Base Foundation, we will include a colour sample card with your order. Please do try these shades before opening your full sized product. This will help to ensure that you have selected the correct shade for your skin tone and also avoids unnecessary landfill of good, unused product – supporting our ethos of caring for the environment.

Unless an item is faulty, for health, safety and hygiene reasons, if the product packaging has been opened then we are unable to provide you with a refund or exchange.
In the event that there is error in product supply or the product is faulty, we will be more than happy to refund the delivery charge however Joan Collins Timeless Beauty is not liable for the delivery charge for an unwanted item.
