Standard Royal Mail (2 – 5 days) - £2.95
- Orders over £30 will receive FREE UK Standard Delivery
- Orders will be delivered between Monday to Saturday
- Most orders will be delivered within 2-5 working days after the order has been authorised
- Order by 2pm to receive your order the next day between Monday to Friday
- Orders placed after 2pm on Thursday will be delivered on either Monday or Tuesday the following week

If the total cost of your order is over £30 you will receive FREE Standard UK Shipping. This will be automatically applied to your order in your shopping bag. If your order is over £30 and you require Express Next Day Delivery then please select this option in your shopping bag. This option will be charged at £5.95. Occasionally we may run free shipping promotions and competitions. To be notified of these by email, simply sign up to our email newsletter. *Please note that delivery outside of the UK can take up to 10 working days.
We are unable to ship to PO Box addresses.
Before we can despatch your order we need to verify your card details with your card issuer. We do our best to ensure this is completed as quickly as possible. Once you receive your order confirmation email you know that your order has been authorised.
Please call our Customer Care Team on +44 (0) 1685 843384 Monday to Thursday, between 8.45am and 5pm (GMT) and between 8.45am and 4pm on a Friday. Outside of these hours, please leave a message and we will return your call the next working day. Alternatively, email us on firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note emails will also be answered within the hours above.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the goods you ordered, you have the right to cancel the contract with us within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. You must notify us by email: email@example.com or calling our Customer Services Team on: 01685 843384 Monday to Thursday between 8.45am – 5.00pm and on Friday between 8.45 – 4.00pm. You will be required by the terms of this Contract, to return the goods to Joan Collins Timeless Beauty, Unit 3 Heads of the Valleys Industrial Park, Rhymney, Tredegar, Gwent, NP22 5RL, United Kingdom. In such cases, and provided the goods are received according to this Procedure, we will reimburse the cost of the goods within 30 days of receiving your returned goods. If you return the goods for reasons other than: Incomplete delivery, or Incorrect delivery, or Goods being defective. You will be responsible for arranging and paying for the return of the goods to us. Please ensure you receive and retain a proof of postage. You must ensure that the goods are stored safely and in appropriate conditions until they are returned to us. Returned goods must be unused and non-faulty items unopened. We will not accept return of goods that we reasonably believe have been used. In such cases, you will be notified by e-mail that no refund will be made available to you and it will be your responsibility to arrange the return of the goods to you within 30 days of our e-mail regarding lack of refund.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
You are responsible for examining the goods following delivery. If the goods delivered are damaged or faulty in any way, please notify us within 14 working days from the delivery by e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org by calling our Customer Services Team on 01685 843384 Monday to Thursday between 8.45am – 5.00pm and on Friday between 8.45am – 4.00pm. Provided that the goods are unused and have been stored safely and in appropriate conditions, we will repair/replace the goods or offer you a refund.
NON DELIVERED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Within the order packaging, you will find a Delivery Note listing goods that you ordered. If the goods delivered do not match those listed, please notify us within 14 working days from the delivery by email: email@example.com or by calling our Customer Services Team on 01685 843384 Monday to Thursday between 8.45am – 5.00pm and on Friday between 8.45 – 4.00pm. Provided that the goods are unused and have been stored safely and in appropriate conditions, we will replace the goods or offer you a refund. In the absence of your notice within 3 working days, we shall not be liable in respect of undelivered, incorrect or defective goods if defects have occurred during transportation and would be apparent on examination. Please provide our Customer Services Team with your order number and keep the original packaging of the items. Goods must be returned to us within 14 working days of delivery. Please ensure that the returned parcel is properly sealed and that you receive and retain a proof of postage. If we accept your return and if you have chosen a refund, we will process the refund within 30 days of the goods. You will be notified by email from our Customer Services Team. Repairs, exchanges and replacements will be processed within 5 working days of receiving the goods. We are not liable for returned goods lost in transit. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
At Joan Collins Timeless Beauty we hope that you will be delighted with your products. If there is a need to return item(s) bought from us, in order to receive an exchange or refund the following process must be followed:
- Notification of problems should be made either to our Customer Service Team by telephone to 01685 843384 or email firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of your order having been delivered.
- The product must be returned undamaged, in the original packaging and in a fully resalable condition.
- The product must be unopened not have been used.
- The product must be accompanied by a copy of the despatch note or VAT invoice together with the reason for return.
We will only issue a refund on receipt of the returned product. If the returns procedure has not been followed correctly we reserve the right to refuse a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please send your returns to:

Unless an item is faulty, for health, safety and hygiene reasons, if the product packaging has been opened then we are unable to provide you with a refund or exchange.
In the event that there is error in product supply or the product is faulty, we will be more than happy to refund the delivery charge however Joan Collins Timeless Beauty is not liable for the delivery charge for an unwanted item.
