WHERE CAN I PURCHASE JOAN COLLINS TIMELESS BEAUTY PRODUCTS?
Joan Collins Timeless Beauty products are currently sold in selected M&S stores and via their website, as well as QVC UK, Amazon Luxury and TVSN in Australia. You can also purchase direct from our website www.joancollinsbeauty.com or by calling our customer services team on 01685 843384 between 8.30-5.00pm (Monday – Thursday).

WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?
Please note: Certain products are unavailable for shipping outside of the UK, these products include Nail Polish and Fragrances. Standard (2 – 5 days) - £3.95
  • Orders over £40 will receive FREE UK Standard Delivery
  • Orders will be delivered between Monday to Saturday
  • Most orders will be delivered within 2-5 working days after the order has been authorised

Express Next Day - £6.95
  • Order by 2pm to receive your order the next day between Monday to Friday
  • Orders placed after 2pm on Thursday will be delivered on either Monday or Tuesday the following week
Europe - £30
  • Delivery can take up to 10 days
World Zones 1 & 2 - £35
  • Delivery can take up to 10 days
Free UK Delivery

If the total cost of your order is over £40 you will receive FREE Standard Shipping. This will be automatically applied to your order in your shopping bag.
If your order is over £40 and you require Express Next Day Delivery then please select this option in your shopping bag. This option will be charged at £6.95.

Important Information
Before we can despatch your order we need to verify your card details with your card issuer. We do our best to ensure this is completed as quickly as possible. Once you receive your order confirmation email you know that your order has been authorised.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
At Joan Collins Timeless Beauty we hope that you will be delighted with your products. If there is a need to return item(s) bought from us, in order to receive an exchange or refund the following process must be followed:
  • Notification of problems should be made either to our Customer Service Team by telephone to 01685 843384 or email sales@joancollinsbeauty.com within 14 days of your order having been delivered. We will only issue a refund on receipt of the returned product. If the returns procedure has not been followed correctly we reserve the right to refuse a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  • The product must be returned undamaged, in the original packaging and in a fully resalable condition.
  • The product must not have been used.
  • The product must be accompanied by a copy of the despatch note or VAT invoice together with the reason for return.

Unless an item is faulty, for health, safety and hygiene reasons, if the product packaging has been opened then we are unable to provide you with a refund or exchange.

In the event that there is error in product supply or the product is faulty, we will be more than happy to refund the delivery charge however Joan Collins Timeless Beauty is not liable for the delivery charge for an unwanted item.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS TESTED ON ANIMALS?
No. None of our products are tested on animals.

WHAT DOES PAO MEAN?
PAO stands for Period After Opening, and tells you the recommended number of months within which the product should be used after first opening provided the product has been stored under normal conditions.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SUITABLE FOR USE ON SENSITIVE SKIN?
Yes, all of the JCTB range is dermatologically tested – the skincare has been additionally allergy tested – and the eye products are Opthamologically Tested.

ARE THE PRODUCTS PARABEN FREE?
With the exception of the eyebrow pencils, all of the products in the range are free of parabens.
